Controller

The operator of this website (the “studio”) is the data controller for personal data submitted through the enquiry form. Replace this paragraph with your legal name and address when you publish.

What we collect

Names, email, optional phone, wedding details, and message content you type into the enquiry form.

Purpose & legal basis

We process your message to respond to your enquiry — legitimate interest in operating a wedding planning business and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract at your request.

Form processor

Form submissions may be sent through Formspree or a similar processor hosted outside your home country. Review your provider’s data processing agreement and replace this text with the actual service name and link to their DPA.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the contract and any statutory retention period. You may request deletion of a dormant enquiry.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
